Plans and Pricing
How do I sign up?
Registering to Osmos Cloud is as simple as opening an email account, just follow these simple steps to get started:
Go to osmoscloud.com and click on the Try it for Free button and enter the following information:
Name and Last Name
Click on Create account
Select your language
Assign your USER NAME and URL. The URL could be your business name.
IMPORTANT!! With this information, you will be login to your account.
Once you clicked on "Create account" go to your email and look for your activation email.
NOTE: If you didn't get the activation email review that the email used when creating the account is correctly spelled. You can also check your SPAM. If everything is fine you can re-send the verification email.
Click to verify your account or copy-paste the link in your browser.
When clicking on the link you will be taken to a screen in where you need to create your password and assign your security question.
NOTE: When creating your password follow the password rules provided on this screen.
Click on Save and you will be taken to your personalized the login screen. Now you just need to login to your account.
TIP: We suggest clicking on "Remember me" to save your login information on this browser.
Can I cancel a yearly subscription?
If you have a yearly subscription, there is no cancellations or refunds.
What is your refund policy?
We do not and cannot refund money, it is up to you to cancel the service at any time.

Osmos Plans, 30-day Free trial and Plan Migration
If you want to learn more about the different plans and prices you can check our website for more information. Other plans may be available when creating your account.
These are some of the available plans. You can add extra users and remove them as you need.

For annual plans the user come pre-defined like this (+1, +3, +5, +10 and +20 users) . Example: If you want to the plan Osmos Quote that comes with 3 users and you want to add other 2 users you will have to take the +3 users option.
30-day Free Trials
When you subscribe to any paying plan you get 30-days free trial. If you decide to make a payment before the 30 days are over, your card will be charged but the remaining days will be kept. So if you open your account on the 15th and you pay on the 5th, you will be billed in advance for the new cycle that starts on the 15th.
When you migrate from a paying plan to another paying plan your monthly billed will be prorated. If you migrate from the Free plan to a paying plan your account won't qualify for the 30-days free trial, even if you have subscribed less than 30 days ago.
Annual plans can not be downgraded. Annual plans get 2 months for free and can not be downgraded. When upgrading a plan before the renewal date, the current plan will be cancelled and the new plan will be activated for 12 months WITHOUT the 2 free months.
Monthly and Annual Plans - Methods of payment
The best way to pay for your Osmos plan is by Credit Card. You will be billed monthly on the same day that you subscribe and your plan will be active right away. You can cancel anytime; this will stop the recurring billing.
If you wish to subscribe to an annual plan you can pay by making a wire transfer to our Bank in Canada or Mexico (Only for clients in Mexico). We will need to provide you with a quote and the bank details. Once the payment is confirmed from our end your plan will be active within the next 24 hours. You can not cancel an annual plan. The plans are renewed every year and you can decide to switch to be billed monthly or annually.
Annual plans get 2 months for free and can not be downgraded. When upgrading a plan before the renewal date, the current plan will be cancelled and the new plan will be activated for 12 months WITHOUT the 2 free months.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
If you are in Mexico and you need to purchase CFDI you can reach us by chat and let us know how many you need.
Each CFID is $1.5 pesos and they do not expire. Minimum purchase is 50 CFDI's.

At Osmos we offer free support for EVERYONE, no matter if you have a free account or a paying account.
Our OBJECTIVE and main purpose is to help you find out if Osmos is the right software for your business. We are not interested in pushing the sale; we believe that Osmos itself will demonstrate its capabilities and it's you who decides if we have what you need.
We understand that as a new Osmos user you may have many questions on how to use it before you decide to move with us fully. That is why we offer a 1-on-1 demo for new users.
How to request for assistance or support?
You can either submit a ticket or chat with us from the login screen or from the home screen Chat with us!
1. Free chat support - You can chat with an agent in our chat business hours. We will answer your questions by pointing you to the correct article that can be found in our guide. We also take new questions to create new articles.
2. User guide - We keep updating and adding comprehensive articles to this user guide based on your inquiries. Please keep asking us questions :) We also try to record video tutorials based on certain processes that we find are key for Osmos use.
3. Tickets and bugs - You can either chat with us, leave a message or create a ticket to report an error or bug within Osmos.
How to get started?
Once logged in, you are offered a couple of wizards that guide you and show you around Osmos. We suggest taking these wizards to familiarize yourself with Osmos and setup step-by-step your account.
If you have dismissed the wizard, you can always find it on the top left corner.
The available dynamic wizards you can take are:
1. Navigate and configure Osmos

4. Create a quote template (Only offered the 1st time you log in)
You can also configure your account by following these steps in the Initial Setup section from your landing page:

NOTE: Remember there is no need to enter all the information at once. You can start using it with basic data and little by little add as needed.
Training can be provided and it is useful for large teams. For $250 USD we assign you a consultant that will train your team via web conference for two straight hours. The consultant will go over your business workflow and create real examples of how Osmos should be used. The training focuses on your necessities and we provide useful tips for your business operations.
Consulting Services (Osmos Ready)
If you want us to take care of everything related to your Osmos account the consulting service is the best way to go.
With the consulting service, we take care of setting up and personalizing your account based on your business requirements. After this is done we train you and we give you phone support for 30 days.

If you need a dedicated phone or web support to help you solve your questions and teach you how to use Osmos we offer you 6 hours on-demand support for $250 USD. Your time does not expire and it is discounted in batches of 30 min. Example: If the call last 15 min you will be discounted for 30 minutes.

Paying accounts: You can book a FREE demo with us and you can re-booked / postpone ONCE. We will answer any questions you may have regarding Osmos and give you an idea of how it can be used for your business. If we believe we are not a good fit for your business we will let you know.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Just click Forgot my password and follow the instructions.
You will have to provide the email associated with the account in order to reset your password. The reset link will be sent to your email.
Why I got suddenly logoff from Osmos?
This happened after 90 minutes of inactivity and it is a safety measure to protect your account.
It also can happen if you try to login from a different device and you have an active session. In that case you will be asked if you want to login from the current device, if you click YES, you will be logoff from the previous device.
How can I retrieve my personal login URL?
How to change or update my password?
Once logged in go to the top right corner, you should see the word Welcome with your name. Click and select Update password.
Enter you current password and then your new password. The current password must match, and the new password should follow our password guidelines. Click Update
TIP: If you don't remember your current password logout and click forget password option.
I signed up but haven't received my confirmation email
If you haven't received your confirmation email it could be because of 2 reasons:
1) The email was not correctly written when creating the account. Check for any typos and if you find a mistake create a new account. Example: homail.com instead of hotmail.com
2) The email ended up on your SPAM folder. If you are using a domain name check with your network administrator to whitelist the domain osmoserp.com

Click on "Resend verification email"
Then enter your email and click "Submit"
NOTE: Because of security purposes we are unable to activate accounts. No one in Osmos can activate accounts.
What happens to my information when I cancel my account?
When you cancel your account you will have no access to it, so it is important that before canceling you back up your information. After 90 days of cancellation and non-renewal, Osmos will erase all your data from our server and your information cannot be retrieved.
NOTE: You can download your database of customers, prospects and products. You can also download information from more than 30 reports and all quotes, invoices, purchase orders and vouchers in PDF format. We do not provide a database of your records.
Why was Osmos created?
Osmos Cloud was created to provide a SALES TOOL for businesses that want to save time and increase sales by automating the QUOTING process.
Instead of using tools that were not designed for quote creation such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint; with Osmos you can send and create beautiful quotes in SECONDS from ANYWHERE.
Where does Osmos keep my information?
All your information is kept safe and secured by a 3rd party server provider (Amazon Web Services). Companies like Netflix, Unilever and Reddit use AWS services for their own applications.
What do I need to use Osmos?
To start using Osmos you'd need an Internet connection, a computer, a tablet, or a mobile phone.
Do I need high speed or DSL Internet connection?
You just need a reliable Internet connection. However, high-speed connection is recommended.
Where is Osmos available?
Anywhere in the world (unless it is restricted by your country).
Is my business information safe?
We secure your connection with the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and all your information is hosted on one of the top server providers that companies like Netflix, Unilever and Reddit trust, Amazon Web Services.
The SSL used it is the same encryption technology that some of the world’s top banking institutions use in order to secure data sent over the internet.
Is Osmos bug and error free?
Osmos is a complex software with thousands of possible combinations and scenarios. Just think of it, every merchant has different users, and those users use Osmos on different ways. Then add to this that we are continuously adding new AWESOME features that may affect current functionalities.
So no, Osmos is not bug or error free, but rest assure once a nasty bug is discovered (like the one on the picture) we take care of it right away (Within hours).
Please report bugs by chatting with us or submitting a ticket. Provide images, videos and description of your problem to better find and correct the bug. Remember, SMILE :) we are here to help you and resolve the error.
Can I manage multiple businesses in Osmos Cloud?
If you are interested in using Osmos Cloud for more than one business, it is best to create an additional account for your other business(s). When you create an account you personalize it in such a way that it is unique to the business for which you are opening it.
What makes her unique?
· The name of the business.
· Registered mail.
· The logo and information of the company such as address, page and telephone numbers that appear in the quotes and mail.
· Your fiscal information for invoicing.
In Osmos we have business owners and entrepreneurs who manage independent accounts for each of the businesses. In this way they have a better control of the sales of each business and the commercial management.
Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data
- View your email messages and settings to allow you to view emails received by clients from your Osmos account.
- Send email on your behalf, that allows you to send emails from your Osmos account.
- App's use of information received, and App's transfer of information to any other app, from Google APIs will adhere to Google's Limited Use Requirements.
The App will not:
- The App will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App’s internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
- The App will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
- The App will not request the following permissions: write, modify, or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings.
