The minimum required fields to create a lead are:
- Form of contact
- First name
- Last name
TIP: If your lead doesn’t have an email, you can register your own email or use a fake email as a placeholder.
Example: email@example.com. The same applies to the phone, you can add your office phone or a non-existent number like 11111
You can link your lead social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) to the CRM. Once added, the social media icons will be available on the lead profile giving you direct access to post directly in your lead profile.
