The client rating is a score that the business assign to clients. This will help you identify the client importance for your business. The client rating is assigned from the CRM module under contract section.Â
Client review is the feedback that a client gives to the business. This rating is calculated when a client participates in a survey. The score is calculated by doing an average on the client surveys. The surveys are found on the CRM module under the contract section.Â
