Bell Notification

The bell shows important notifications to the user. These notifications can be identified in 3 types:


1. Client notifications from your Customer interactions with the quotes. When clients click on the interactive buttons. These notifications are received only by the user assigned to the client and the super administrator. Same when you receive a payment when using our Stripe integration. 


2. When a contract has been created by a user. These notifications are received by all users, no matter who created the contract.

 

3. When the eQuote form is activated and you receive an online quote request. All users will be notified.




NOTE: You can click on the notifications to be taken to the quote. 


TIP: If you want to mark all notifications as read click on "All read"
