The accounts can be used to keep track of the money flow in your business. You can use them as dummy accounts for you bank accounts, credit card, accounting accounts, etc...
As you collect payments and make payments your account value will increase and decrease. You can manually adjust the amount by selecting the adjustment type, amount and date.
To add your accounts go to Setup
Click on + Account Information and complete the required information.

Go to Setup -> Business Accounts select the account you want to manually adjust and click on the pencil button in the action column.
Select the adjustment type, amount, date, and save.
NOTE: Osmos has no capability or integrations to connect with banks.
